THE BB RETREAT

From time to time we run the Balanced Ballerinas Retreat. Sometimes it’s for adult ballerinas and other times it’s aimed at the little ballerinas.

What’s the aim of the retreat?

To have everyone walking out the door feeling loved, seen and heard through a little grit and a grace. We promise a deeper connection to self through ballet, yoga, meditation, journaling and exercise.
Our most recent retreat focussed on yoga, meditation, journalling, fitness, healthy eating and of course ballet!
